3. SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • You may pause, skip, or cancel anytime
  • Changes must be made at least 24 hours before delivery

If changes are made after the deadline, they apply to the next billing cycle.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices:

  • Are listed in EUR (€)
  • Include VAT unless stated otherwise

We accept secure payments via:

  • iDEAL
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Apple Pay

Payments are processed securely through trusted providers.

5. DELIVERY

We deliver within the Netherlands on:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • Time window: 07:00 – 12:00

Customer responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate delivery details
  • Ensure access to delivery location

If you are not present:

  • Meals may be left at your address
  • Responsibility transfers upon delivery

6. FOOD SAFETY & STORAGE

Once delivered:

  • Meals must be refrigerated immediately
  • Follow storage and consumption guidelines

7. ALLERGIES & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

While we aim for transparency:

  • Meals may contain allergens or traces
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients

3Food is not liable for allergic reactions.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the perishable nature of our meals:

Refunds or replacements may be provided if:

  • Meals are damaged
  • Incorrect items are delivered
  • Delivery errors occur on our side

📩 Claims must be submitted within 24 hours

9. ACCOUNT & CONDUCT
