We currently deliver on:

  • Monday
  • Wednesday
  • Friday

Delivery window: 07:00 – 12:00

You will receive your meals within this time frame.


Delivery Areas

We deliver across the Netherlands.

(Amsterdam and locations near by)


Order Cut-Off Times

To maintain freshness and efficiency:

  • Orders and subscription changes must be completed at least 24 hours before delivery

Late changes will apply to the next delivery cycle.


Receiving Your Delivery

To ensure a smooth experience:

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order
  • If you are not home, delivery may be left at your address

📌 Once delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer


Packaging & Freshness

Your meals are:

✔ Delivered fresh — never frozen
✔ Carefully packaged to maintain quality during transport

👉 Please refrigerate meals immediately upon arrival


Missed Deliveries

3Food is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect delivery details
  • Absence at delivery
  • Inaccessible delivery locations

In such cases, orders are non-refundable
