Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth operations and fresh preparation:

Deadline: 24 hours before billing

  • Cancellations made before this deadline will apply immediately
  • Cancellations after the deadline will apply to the next billing cycle

Billing & Charges

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis
  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments via:
    • iDEAL
    • Visa
    • Mastercard

Missed Deadlines

If you miss the cancellation or modification deadline:

  • Your order will still be processed
  • The charge is non-refundable
  • Changes will apply to the following cycle

One-Time Purchases

  • One-time orders are processed immediately
  • These orders cannot be canceled once confirmed

Refunds

Refunds for subscription orders follow our Return & Refund Policy:

  • No refunds for late cancellations
  • Refunds only in case of:
    • Damaged meals
    • Incorrect orders
